Pepper Pod Designs is super fantastic. Beth (who is as fantastic as her creations) makes the most unique jewelry I have ever seen and can even makes pieces out of your old jewelry bits and pieces.
Most of her necklaces, bracelets and the likes are made from old watches, coins, or other unique pieces. One of my favorite necklaces that I have from her is a bundle of trinkets including a crystal from a chandelier and a lens from a phoropter aka, that giant weird binocular majigger you sit behind at the optometrist and he says "which is better, 1 or 2....2 or 3? now this one or this one..." The answer is: they are all the same. O_o Chris (my husband) and I just pretend it is a monocle sometimes...
Jewelry! That's what I was talking about!
Some of Beth's creations are very whimsical while others are look like vintage pieces. She uses a lot of different parts from watches and an assortment of other trinkets to make sweet steampunk jewelry too. :)
Here are a few of my favorites that I have gotten from her:
A locket made from a more modern watch.
Grapes! <3 They dangle so I tend to fiddle with them a lot >.<
Jewelry parties are also an option so if you are interested you can let her know.
You can find her Etsy page here: Pepper Pod Designs. You should definitely take a peak every once in awhile as she puts up different pieces here and there.
She often sets up booths at festivals and at the Huntington Mall when they have crafty setups.
